教學理念
以批判性和創造性的方式去培養求知欲,是我教育理念的核心。正規教育體系一般強調達求公式化目標,這樣會阻礙學生的創造力,並且忽略了在學習過程中培養出個人觀點的重要性。我認為僵化的教育模式與培養學生的好奇心,或是對學習的熱誠背道而馳,因此我致力為學生營造一個能夠提高批判性、創造力,以及領導能力的學習環境。
我的教學手法以播下成長的種子為重心,引導學生主動追求自我發展及提升,為日後升學或就業作好準備。透過全人教育,我們在學習途上一步一步向前邁進,試著去了解走得比以前更遠、更輕鬆也是一種成就,自然就能避免「只有走得更快才算成功」的壓力。根據我以往的經驗,大多數學生在這種指導之下都能茁壯成長,並成為求知欲更強、更好學的人,證明了我的努力對學生的各方面成長都有裨益。
